 There are two main objectives TFGI, G&I focus on :


Sustainment Infrastructure: TFGI, G&I deliver an agreed standard of service in the most cost-effective way through the operation, maintenance, refurbishment, and replacement of governmental and commercial elements. Management of this objective is the subject of defined Management Plans which TFGI, G&I assists in forging in cooperation with our clients.

Optimization Infrastructure: TFGI, G&I make strategic changes and improvements to the standard of service of the organizational portfolio through the creation, acquisition, improvement and disposal of elements. Changes to the infrastructure are usually managed as a program based on strategic objectives regarding the organizations requirements.
